Yonder Wall Hanging: "Flowers"

"Flowers" is part of the four piece "Yonder" series of quilted wall-hangings made by Tessa Layzelle, exclusively for August Moon. 

Tessa Layzelle creates abstract appliqué quilts using self-taught hand-stitching techniques. Inspired by films, literature, nature, and art, her designs blend early 20th-century Modernist influences with playful whimsy and folk charm. Tessa works with deadstock, upcycled, and remnant natural fabrics, often enhancing them through small-batch dyeing and painting.
